Step 1: Get to know us

Step 3: Interview

During your interview process, you’ll connect with the hiring team to learn more about the position, share your experiences, and ask relevant questions. Depending on the position, you can expect to have panel or one-on-one interviews, or a mix of both. Our interviews typically last for 30 minutes to one hour. Throughout the process, a member of our Talent Acquisition team will keep you regularly updated.

Step 4: Offer

If we decide to move forward after your interview, your recruiter will be in touch with offer details. Once you’ve accepted the package, we’ll send the formal documents for your signature.

While the timeframe may vary by location and circumstance, our goal is to get you started as soon as possible. You’ll receive resources with everything you need to begin your new position and ensure a seamless transition.

Our leadership

Our executive leadership team guides our strategy and day-to-day management. Our board of directors includes the CEOs of Transamerica and Aegon (our parent company), as well as other independent members who help oversee the business.

Transamerica Foundation

We want to make the communities where our employees live and work better. To help do that, we established the Aegon Transamerica Foundation with our parent company, Aegon. Through a mix of financial grants and our employees’ volunteer work, we help nonprofits focused on the areas that matter most to our people.

Aegon

Our parent company, Aegon, brings a legacy of financial services expertise to their relationship with us. Based in The Netherlands, Aegon has been a leader in the space since 1844. They acquired Transamerica in 1999, and today, we’re proud to represent their U.S. operations and largest market.
