Actuarial Development Program
The Actuarial Development Program (ADP) is designed for recent graduates and individuals who are early in their actuarial careers. Participants are considered full-time benefit eligible employees who rotate to a new product area every 18-24 months while learning the business of Transamerica. These individuals gain experience with valuation, pricing and product development, asset and liability management, modeling, and financial reporting.

Corporate Accounting
If you’re a recent graduate, Transamerica can help you launch your career in accounting and financial analyst roles. Opportunities exist in a variety of functions where you’ll perform basic accounting, finance, and analytic principles and techniques by assisting in obtaining, assembling, evaluating, and interpreting financial data.

Sales Desk Associates
Kickstart your career as a Sales Desk Associate while learning all about the financial services industry. This entry level position is designed to be a steppingstone toward a long-term career path as an Internal and/or External Wholesaler. Individuals undergo a three-week training program to learn about Transamerica products, processes, and clients. Attendees will also gain the sales and business acumen to build new business leads and cultivate existing relationships to promote the sale of our services.
