Force for Good week

Being a force for good is more than a part of our company culture, it’s a big part of living our best lives. In May 2024, we held our second Force for Good week, which encouraged employees to volunteer their time and energy to a personal cause for a company-wide social impact. As part of our commitment to corporate community engagement, eligible employees get 12 paid hours to volunteer each year.

“Our volunteer hours are a great benefit, one that promotes employee engagement and helps us recruit and retain top talent. It’s more meaningful because they can apply those hours to a cause that’s important to them.”

Employees helping their communities

Living your best life isn’t just about the money you’re able to save or invest. It’s also about being part of something larger and helping those who need it in our local communities. These are just some of the ways our employees have made the most of their volunteer time.

“The impact of having an affordable place to live is tremendous, and I have seen how it fundamentally changes people’s overall lives for the better.”
