Transamerica Mobile Privacy Statement

We understand that the privacy and security of your information is important to you. This Mobile Privacy Statement (“Mobile Statement”) describes how we collect, use and share your information. This Mobile Statement applies to this application provided by Transamerica Corporation, or any of its U.S. subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Transamerica”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Information We Collect
We collect information directly from you when you register with us, when you use the App, when you upload information or documentation, through your transactions with us and from third parties you have authorized to share information with us, such as third-party apps or accounts you link to the App. We may also collect information automatically using data collection technologies, such as unique application identifiers or other identifiers (the “Data Technologies"). We may also collect information from third-party sources. We may combine information obtained from other sources with information we collect ourselves.
Depending on the financial or insurance products or services (collectively “Products”) you are using the App to manage, we may, for example, collect information you provide to us either as part of the Products, the App, or as authorized by you, such as:
- Name, physical address, email address, telephone number, and other identifiers that may permit us to contact you;
- Information concerning you that the App collects, including when you enroll in our Products, such as 401k plans;
- Data about Product transactions with us (such as account balances, coverages and benefits, and payment and claims history);
- Medical, health and therapy information, including information from wearables such as Fitbit, Apple Healthkit, or Google Fit, which may include steps taken per day, exercise duration, sleep patterns, heart rate information, body weight, nutrition information and other health and wellness data;
- Financial information including balances, bank accounts, credit card balances, investment accounts, annual income and other similar information;
- Social Security number;
- Other demographic information, including date of birth, gender, race; and
- Location, to the extent provided by you or your devices (including wearables, such as those described above), including past or current location.
Use and Sharing
We use the data you provide or that you authorize us to collect through the App to operate, enhance and improve the App, to provide you with the services you request, to improve our Products, and to offer you other Products that may be of interest to you. We may also use and share the information we gather to comply with law and protect ourselves and others. We may share your information with:
- Affiliates and service providers;
- Government entities, regulators, and law enforcement, as required or permitted by law;
- Social media networks;
- Marketing and analytics providers that collect and analyze your data;
- Carriers that provide mobile connections;
- Operating systems and platforms, such as those that power your device, app stores, and companies that provide common tools and information for apps about app consumers; and
- Ad networks, including our Advertising Partners, as defined in our Online Privacy Statement.
Your Choices
- You may create or change your privacy preferences by editing your profile settings, adjusting your mobile settings, or adjusting your browser settings.
- You may access, correct, and make certain requests regarding your information using your online account or by emailing us at consumerdatarequest@transamerica.com. We may limit our responses to your requests as permitted by law.
- You may adjust your application or device settings to block Data Technologies, but some App features may not function. As of the effective date above, we do not respond to Do Not Track signals or other mechanisms that provide consumers the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of personally identifiable information about an individual consumer’s online activities over time and across third-party websites.

Important Information
We may update this Mobile Statement by updating the effective date at the top of the document. Different privacy policies may be applicable to you depending on how you interact with us. Please note, when linking to or from a third-party app or account, you will also be subject to that app’s or account’s privacy and security practices, which may differ from ours.
