- 1st Place: The Coca-Cola Company – BODYARMOR Plan Transition. The Coca-Cola Company expertly guided BODYARMOR employees through a retirement plan merger with transparent, multi-channel communications. Their clear and accessible approach empowered employees, enabling confident decision-making throughout the transition.
Special Projects Category:
- 1st Place: Trek Bicycle Corporation – Employee Benefits Fair. Trek Bicycle's engaging Employee Benefits Fair creatively leveraged bicycle metaphors to illustrate retirement concepts, significantly enhancing employee participation and understanding.
- 2nd Place: Northwell Health – Age 60 Outreach. Northwell Health successfully supported employees nearing retirement age with tailored, personalized outreach, making retirement education approachable and practical.
- 2nd Place: Red Wing Shoe Company – Freedom to Save. Red Wing Shoe Company's "Freedom to Save" campaign effectively inspired employees by connecting financial independence to the patriotic spirit of Independence Day.
- 2nd Place: Memorial Healthcare System – Retirement Plan Changes. Memorial Healthcare System delivered impactful, multi-touch communications, clearly detailing enhancements to retirement plans and increasing employee engagement.
- 3rd Place: Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC – Sweeten Your Retirement Savings. Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC captured employees' attention with an imaginative "peaches-and-cream" theme, vividly illustrating the benefits of maximizing retirement contributions.
Ongoing Investment Education Category:
- 2nd Place: Red Wing Shoe Company – Let's Talk About Retirement (Mini-Video Series). Red Wing Shoe Company simplified retirement education with their innovative mini-video series, effectively demystifying complex retirement planning concepts and fostering strong employee engagement.
- 3rd Place: Northwell Health – Engaging a Diverse Workforce. Northwell Health's cloud-based educational hub provided personalized, engaging resources explicitly tailored to the needs of their diverse workforce, promoting greater retirement readiness.
As a retirement plan provider, Transamerica received a 2nd place award in the Ongoing Investment Education category. Transamerica's Managed Advice® Reminder Campaign utilized targeted messaging to significantly increase participant enrollment, highlighting the simplicity and effectiveness of managed accounts. The campaign was delivered to all participants in retirement plans that offer the Managed Advice service.
