Step 1: Get to know us

Financial services should be available to everyone. This was the idea that moved our founder, Amadeo P. Giannini, to open a bank in San Francisco in 1906. Striving for innovation still shapes our work today.

Step 2: Apply

Step 3: Interview

During your interview process, you’ll connect with the hiring team to learn more about the position, share your experiences, and ask relevant questions. Our interviews typically range from 30 minutes to one hour and may be conducted as a panel, one-on-one, or a mix of both. A member of our Talent Acquisition team will let you know what to expect and keep you updated. 

Step 4: Offer

If you are offered a job, your recruiter will be in touch with those details. Once you’ve accepted, we’ll send formal documents for your signature. 

While the timeframe may vary by location and circumstance, our goal is to get you started as soon as possible. We’ll provide everything you need to begin your new position.
