Final Expense life insurance (Policy Form #1-109 11-188) is a non-participating, guaranteed whole life insurance policy with a level death benefit issued by Transamerica Occidental Life Insurance Company, Cedar Rapids, IA. Premiums are level and payable for the life of the policy. The policy endows at the insured's age 100. Policy form and number may differ, and this product may not be available in all jurisdictions. Minimum issue amount in Washington state is $25,000.
